That was the DFLX24
What a great two days! Together with you, we experienced a first-class event in Karlsruhe on November 7 and 8 – full of impressive moments, intensive discussions and networking that is second to none. These inspiring experiences will certainly stay with us for a long time to come.
DFL Forum
On Thursday we started with the DFL Forum at the Design Offices Karlsruhe. Schon beim Einlass um 10:30 Uhr lag eine besondere Stimmung in der Luft. In twelve interactive workshops on the topics of diversity, sustainability, leadership and innovation, industry experts and partners shared their knowledge and worked together with the participants on forward-looking ideas. Finally, the talented Dominique Macri summarized the day in an emotional poetry slam and summed up the highlights of the forum – a perfect ending that sent everyone off into the evening inspired.
DFL-Community Connect
Thursday evening continued with the DFL Community Connect – an exclusive networking event for the DFLX community with jury members, finalists, former winners and invited guests from politics and business. Initiator Tijen Onaran and Karlsruhe’s Lord Mayor Dr. Frank Mentrup welcomed the guests with moving words, followed by an inspiring keynote speech by Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism (BW), setting the tone for the evening. The event made it possible to meet the finalists in person, offered space for inspiring conversations and promoted exchange and networking.
DFL–Award Show
The crowning finale of DFLX24 in Karlsruhe was the glamorous awards show, at which the DFLX winners of the year were honored in 16 categories under the inspiring motto “Elevate the Game”. In addition to the festive awards ceremony, the event not only provided the stage for the outstanding Digital Female Leaders 2024, but also the opportunity to immerse yourself in a world of game changers and industry disruptors. The evening was rounded off by an impressive halftime show with a live performance: the LED drummers from Mission4Mars thrilled the audience with a unique performance.
In the diverse beauty and lifestyle area, guests were able to create unique memories and enjoy the evening to the full. Whether styling in the bus of Langhaarmädchen, getting a tattoo in the DFLA tattoo studio, relaxing in the DB Networking Lounge, capturing special moments in the CUBE photo box or attaching an Infinity bracelet – there was something for everyone. The partners offered interactive activities that further enriched the evening and created space for networking and exchange. A big thank you also goes to Lillet for the delicious drinks that perfectly rounded off the atmosphere of the gala.
