SheCodeAfrica is an organization created to focused on empowering young girls and women in technology across Africa, with the vision of achieving equal representation of women in all technology career roles. Its mission is to build a community that fosters technical growth, networking, mentorship, and visibility at all levels of career roles in technology. SheCodeAfrica core values include teamwork, community, technical growth, leadership, and visibility.

Members of SheCodeAfrica benefit from diverse offline and online communities that provide support, resources, and mentorship. It monitors and provides resources for the growth of its members, ensuring they meet their personal and career goals.
Additionally, SheCodeAfrica offers professional guidance through intensive mentorship programs and networking opportunities with other women in technology in Africa. The USP of SheCodeAfrica is its focus on building a community that empowers and supports women in technology across all levels of career roles in Africa.

Its programs and initiatives provide resources, support, and guidance for the learning journey and career field of their members, utilizing online and offline platforms to ensure their digital connectivity and engagement. By building a community that supports women in technology across Africa, SheCodeAfrica promotes digitalization by increasing the representation and participation of women in technology.
