The project allows customers to easily convert card transactions into loans. The smooth user experience and superb usability powered with open banking APIs result in a fully digital benefit for financial flexibility. She championed this project over two years full of roadblocks and has continuously inspired people to work hard and fight for this success through the many hoops that entirely new projects need to jump through.
How does digitization shape your/her career?
"Why is this not digital?" is a question she asks a dozens times each day. Whether she's looking at customer servicing, data or new product benefits, she's always trying to make things smart and digital
What makes you/her a digital female leader?
She's a Digital Transformation Evangelist and constantly inspires people at different stages of the journey - the concept of new digital products, the adaptation from analog processes to digital ones, educating people about benefits... She's an advocate of lifelong learning and always on a mission to learn, pivot and trying new things encouraging others to go do things instead of just talking or thinking about them. Alex leads the Women's Interest Network where she passes on knowledge and best practices around all things digital, blockchain in Finance and empowers other women to take their space in this field.
