THE JOURNEY TO DIVERSITY 2022 TOUR DATES are from
09/09/2022 to 26/09/2022
This year, we will again travel to the winners of #DFLA22 between September 9 and 26, 2022 with the help of the mobility services of Deutsche Bahn, our host of the Journey to Diversity 2022. Together with our partners and jury members, we will bestow the awards in person, increasing visibility of the recipients’ careers and stories.
What is the Journey to Diversity?
Unique, personal & heartwarming – that’s #DFLA’s annual awards ceremony – called the Journey to Diversity! It’s the most exciting award ceremony of the year. A tour that only exists at #DFLA! This way the award comes directly to the winners’ homes and sheds even more light on their success stories.
18 days around the globe (09.09.22 – 26.09.22). The winners – self-made, courageous, honest and exciting personalities – reveal their career journey at the Journey. Experts from the tech, finance, beauty, mobility, energy industries and many more!
Stories that get under your skin, disarmingly open conversations, information on the pulse, outrageous questions – which they themselves actively ask in advance via social – and surprising answers. Including ups and downs. The viewers dive with them into the first ignition of the business idea, into the most difficult career decisions, the biggest non-material gains – all the way to the current challenge.
A lively format, immediate, genuine with added value on all levels. It will be incredibly funny, it will be challenging, it will be heartbreaking! The Journey To Diversity will be exciting, hair-raisingly educational, moving, compelling, and full of unexpected developments!
