This year’s application & nomination period lasted 2 weeks and ended on 09/05/2022.

We had 471 applications and nominations via the DFLA website and 240 additional nominations by the DFLA jury members. That means a total of a proud 711 applications and nominations received. The applicants and nominees come from 32 different countries.

The selection process:
Until May 31, the selection of the TOP 3 of each category took place in several voting loops. Now these have been determined. The overview is given below.

Congratulations to all finalists – you were able to convince the jury the most out of more than 700 applications! In June, the 31 top-class jury members will meet for the last time to determine the winners from all categories. Each jury member will have one vote per category. Those candidates with the most votes will win their category.

The official result will be announced during the Journey to Diversity, which will take place from 09 – 26 September.

We can’t reveal much more at this point – except that it will be very, very exciting ?
